These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of glazedine.com, including any purchases you make, content you view, and interactions you have with us (collectively, the "Site"). Glazedine is intended for use by adults. We work hard to make sure product descriptions, images, and pricing on our Site are accurate, but occasionally errors happen — a price might be mislisted, or an item might sell out faster than our inventory updates. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before charging you and give you the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel the order entirely.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and don't include applicable sales tax or shipping fees unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or update our catalog at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline for any reasonable reason (for example, suspected fraud, an out-of-stock item, or a pricing error). Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email. A confirmation email doesn't guarantee shipment — it simply means we've received and are processing your order.

You're responsible for making sure anything you submit is your own work and doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.
9. Disclaimers
Our products are handmade or hand-finished in small batches, so slight variations in glaze, color, and texture between pieces are normal and part of their character — not a defect. Colors shown on your screen may also vary slightly from the physical product due to display settings.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure, though we work to maintain a safe and functional shopping experience.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Glazedine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. 14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that's harmful to Glazedine, other users, or third parties.
